When making a booking with Anstey Castle Hire you can be assured that everything possible is done to help you have fun but a safe event.

A few points to note when booking.

1. We are covered for 5 million pubic liability insurance.
2. All equipment is annually checked
3. A 13amp socket is required on all bookings [generators can be provided at an extra cost]
4. Enough space is allocated for the equipment ordered[on indoor bookings check height of ceilings]
5. NO FEE bad weather policy[if its raining on the day of your booking you can cancel no charge][private hire only]
6. Risk assessment available on request [corporate bookings only]
7. CRB checked staff [pending]
8. Site surveys available [corporate bookings only]
9. All equipment is pipa accredited for maxmium saftey. PIPA is an approved health and saftey scheme.
10. Clear access and minimum gap of 3ft [1meter] wide is required to the point where the inflatable is to be errected, steps, tight access etc should be advised at time of booking.
