It’s the hirer’s responsibility to ensure there is enough space in the area you want to erect the inflatable before confirming booking. [call us with sizes if not sure]
Access needs to be 1 METRE wide and cleared of any obstructions, if access is difficult or less than 1metre wide please advise when booking.
Gardens must be cleared of any objects and dog foul where the inflatable is going to be erected.
There is no fee if you have to cancel your booking on the DAY due to poor weather conditions (cancelations are not accepted until the day of event) this can be done from 8am or up to 1hr before we are due to deliver. Please note that if you accept the inflatable and after it turns poor weather then Anstey castle hire cannot be held responsible and the full cost will be charged.
We only require 20-30 minutes each side of the party but to give best value and best service we deliver the inflatable between 8-12 in the morning of the event/party and then collect between 6-8pm [depending on the time of year] [overnight and weekend hire available] If required inside or outside of these times please ask when booking we will do everything we can to accommodate your request but this is not guaranteed.
We only require 20-30 minutes each side of the party for erecting and dismantling equipment however we will work round your requirements and times.
